Shipping Policy:

Our shipping rates are performed on a real time, based on the destination address and the amount of items ordered. During checkout the shipping total will be displayed prior to payment and will be revised each time you change the cart contents.Ground shipping for orders under $60.00 is only $7.95, $60.00 and up is $10.00. Most orders will be shipped via UPS ground and takes approximately 7-10 days. Packages weighing less than 1 pound will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order upon checkout and the status of your order will be updated via e-mail when the items are shipped. If you ordered multiple items you may received them in multiple boxes, no additional shipping charges will be applied.

Tracking numbers are provided to UPS shipments only.

We ship only to US continental addresses at this time. 

Return Policy:

When you have damaged items and needs replacement or returned please contact us first via the contact us link on our website with your Order ID and reason for the return and we will then provide you with additional instructions. Once we receive your items, we will then make a determination to credit your account or replace your items. Returns for non defective items must be made within 30 days and will be assessed a 25% re-stocking fee and shipping will not be refunded. Items must be returned in its original packaging. No returns after 30 days will be accepted.

Claims to non delivery, discrepancies and damaged gifts must be made within 4 business days and must be verified by the carrier prior to us making the determination if refund is needed. 

Cancellation Policy:

Orders that are already process cannot be cancelled. Please accept your package and follow our return policy. All orders returned by the carrier due to refused delivery, bad address, and non availability of a recipient will be assessed all delivery and return shipping charges, 25% re-stocking fee and all applicable order processing fees. All charges will be added to customer's bill.
